Hotel Savoy Špindlerův Mlýn is in the centre of Spindleruv Mlyn. It features Spa by L'Occitane with a sauna and a hot tub, a business centre and a games room with table football. The place is fabulous .. it was like heaven .. it is a bit away of city but that exactly what i was looking for. The staff is very nice they did all efforts to make us happy. The hotel is very clean. There is a small play earea for kids that my kids enjoyed alot. Restaurant food is good. I would definitely visit it again and recommend it to my friends

Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The apartments are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the resort and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a very modern design and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the large variety of TV channels, both local and international ones. Each apartment had a parking spot in the underground garage and the staff gladly helped us with every question or request.
