The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was central and had private garage parking. The apartment is comfortable and has all amenities for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the Javor & wellness for an additional fee. It has a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, all well kept. We also took advantage of the convenient Cross cafe next door for breakfast or just simply to grab coffee. The owner even left his Cross cafe discount card at our disposition. Thank you :) Everything was great and of high standard quality and service. We will definitely be back.

Situated in Železná Ruda, Rezidence Šumava features accommodation with free WiFi, within 3.2 km of Lanová dráha Špičák. I like the fact that i have booked this as a last minute in the morning and in couple of hours i was able to check in. Daniel was very accommodating. The apartment is very clean and spacious, ideal for families. It has a lovely view of the town and easy access via car, which can be parked outside on designated apartment car park , or accessible via train, that goes from Prague direct in nearby train stop. You will not hear the trains. The apartment was warm, modern and cosy with large windows. There is a fridge, microwave, oven, cooker and dishwasher with washing machine and a hairdryer. All you need. No need to bring your own bedding. We had an awsome relaxing stay using the Javor residence wellness pool as well made the most of the local ski slopes, which are walking distance from the apartment. red ski slopes of Spicak are a mile away. We almost didn’t stay here as some reviews were a bit negative but we’re so glad we did. From the outset the staff were lovely and allowed us an early check-in. The room was characterful and huge & the bathroom was beautifully renovated and the big bath was nice to relax in. The bed was full really comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the beautifully manicured gardens and my husband did the castle tour which he found really interesting. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and found the prices reasonable, comparable to Pilsen & Prague. The breakfast was also very good, plenty to choose from on the buffet. Easy 45 minute drive to the airport, we were really happy we’d chosen to stay here for a last night in Europe, away from the crowds and somewhere peaceful and welcoming.

The new 4**** Hotel Alexander is situated in the historical center of Stribro. Superb location on the main square and beside the park. Worth taking a walk in the park! Service was impeccable and the place is really quite well appointed inside. Very nice breakfast and thoughtful staff..
