Really like the interior of it. the breakfast tasted good. the location was on the main street. They gave us the bag with towels for spa, which was very considerate. Overall experience was nice.

Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Best family hotel we stayed in so far!

She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. I really liked the apartment (we had the one with the balcony): big, spacious, beautiful, very atmospheric (one can feel the flavour of the Vienna modernism in the architecture and the decorations). It was very clean and freshly renovated. Two bathrooms are a big advantage. The location is central but quiet. The staff was nice and friendly. I can only recommend!
