Lovely bar and beautiful breakfast room. The staff were outstanding—always very helpful and patient. I needed to buy stockings one night and the very helpful young woman at the desk sent me immediately to the right place! I should add that the breakfast itself was a highlight. Most days, we never had to stop for lunch. I will definitely return and I am recommending to friends especially after a very disappointing hotel stay in Amsterdam which was approximately the same price for a room 1/4 the size with inedible expensive breakfasts.

The Wilmina is super serene, beautifully decorated, with the most wonderful, accommodating staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Modern technology, as well as free filtered water , Coffee Pods, teabags and fresh milk are standard in all units. The Wilde Aparthotels at Checkpoint Charlie was more than we expected! Great and friendly staff, always helpful, answering every question. The apartment was big, had everything we needed - equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waterkettle, milk, coffee and tea, water in the fridge. Toiletries, hair blower, umbrellas,... Very clean, enough towels for everyone. The location is great - 5 min walk to U-bahn, 20 min walk to city center. Great for stay with kids!

We almost gave up on the idea that there is a really good hotel that checks all the boxes. Until now. We will definitely come back.
