Very enchanting place inmidst the forest, surrounded by birds, flora and even a waterfall. The style the owners created is outstanding. Dinner was very good.

Breakfast view and service on the balcony was exceptional. View from our room was very scenic. Price was in our range, and there are luxury suites as well if desired.

The breakfast were outstanding with many choices. Staff were very attentive and always happy to help. Nice quiet location close to thermal pools.

Superb central but quiet location and great buffet breakfast (one of the best we had in Ecuador), kind and attentive staff. The room came with a great view and a huge rooftop terrace (shared but rarely visited by others, since it's the only rooftop room). The hot tub is an excellent addition for a spa town like Baños.

Wonderful, peaceful location with a beautiful waterfall view. Oliver, the host, was so wonderful and kind throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that he accommodated my husband's gluten allergy at breakfast. The hotel was so unique, it felt like staying in a luxury tree house! Absolute best place in Banos!

The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!

Breakfast is really decent, room was awesome but it was the deluxe suite for a high price. Staff is really friendly, great view and nice beds. Location is great as well. Just a little out of the busy areas.
