The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted us warmly and were attentive to every detail, ensuring our comfort throughout. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, giving us a great start to each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean every single day. The highlight, however, was the rooftop , the view of the pyramids was breathtaking. Dining there while watching the evening pyramid show with fireworks was simply unforgettable. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations; we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
