Alonso & his helper - and Annabel - were super kind and attentive but not over-present. A perfect combination which made us feel welcomed and well looked-after. The small pool proved a heaven of peace at various times in the day too.

O Tio Kiko está situado no interior da Reserva Natural de Cabo de Gata, em Almeria, apenas a 150 metros da Praia Agua Amarga. The room is really nice stuffed with good quality wooden furniture. The whirlpool in the room was fun! Breakfast was perfect with good quality products and all typical Spanish stuff, they also serve decaffeinated coffee.

Em Mojácar, a alguns passos de Praia Piedra Villazar e 2,6 km de Campo de Golfe Marina, Villa Habana - Luxury beach apartment with rooftop spa apresenta acomodações com ar condicionado, varanda e... The apartment is stunning and very well presented with modern decor and furniture. There are three terraces to enjoy, and the roof terrace in particular was a lovely place to sunbathe. The roof terrace also has a two person hot tub / jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in during the evening, looking out to the moonlit sea… bliss! The apartment had everything we needed and is in a brilliant location, just off the main road so it was quiet, but walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. The restaurant directly opposite the apartment (Torre Bahia Lounge) was superb. The beach is also just across the road… less than a minute to walk to. Communication with Denis (the host) was very good. For example, there were some local water supply issues in the area during our stay (a local problem that affected neighbouring houses, apartments and businesses) and Denis kept us updated with what was happening. The information provided via WhatsApp before our stay was super helpful, and check-in / check-out was very straightforward. We visit Mojacar regularly as we have friends who live nearby, so we will definitely stay here again! We loved it.

Easy access and exit. Everything works and lots of equipment in the kitchen. 1 min walk to an excellent beach and 5 min - 10min walk to shops and bars. Heaters provided - the evenings were chilly in January. Parking underground is free, we parked in the street as the garage is height restricted. We had an excellent meal at Bar Frontera in the town. Market day is Thursday and is a must visit.Warmly recommended for short or long stays.
