Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Son enjoyed play area a lot, lots of equipment. Pool table and Ice hockey table. Breakfast was lovely. Staff was helpful too. Spacious room with child and amazing view of field where our son enjoyed seeing horses from room.

Feels homely overall:)

St Georges House is situated 8 minutes’ walk from Shanklin town centre and the rail station. From the property, it is a 5 minutes' walk to the cliff-top pathway, which leads down to the beach. Free parking is available on site and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. The location is excellent. We were just a short walk from the old village, a lovely beach, Shanklin Chine, quaint shops, several restaurants and nice pubs. Bus and train routes are close by. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the breakfast - there were lots of options, it was high quality and excellent value for money. The breakfast room itself is a great setting - nice and bright, with some easy listening music to start the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers, biscuits and little chocolates. There is a communal area with a bar. Each spacious apartment at Shanklin Villa has modern décor with wooden floors and stylish furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area has a flat-screen TV and a sofa, while kitchen facilities include a microwave, fridge, kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine. it was the best apartment for the money, for the group of 8 and very comfortable. Best location, all appliances, the possibility to have intimacy as 2 different families, also great common areas😍. Thank you Shanklin, for sure if we will come again you will be the first on our list🌹🌹🌹.
