The heated under floor was sensational. I forgot the basics but we had coffee, tea and milk provided and the kids even had biscuits, so very appreciated. A very clean cottage. The owner checked in on us, again much appreciated. The kids got to play football at the back with actual goals and the typical UK mud patches. The kids were beyond ecstatic. Ample books for all ages, even Oxford reading tree readers for the youngsters. A fully stocked games drawer with no missing pieces! We only stayed a night but if you are in the area for any longer, these cottages are awesome. We were in for a weekend event at Silverstone, really easy to access. The services for supplies was really close too. We went out in Brackley for dinner, about 20 minutes away which was really easy.

Experience luxury and history at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, a magnificent Tudor estate in Northamptonshire dating back to the 16th century. Staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel in a picturesque location. Restaurant and bar were both lovely.

Tucked away in tranquil countryside, Church Farm Lodge offers 4-star luxury accommodation in 3 large, converted barns. There is free Wi-Fi and ample parking. Location was excellent, quiet countryside but also convenient for towns and shopping and attractions

Beautiful location, the room was fantastic and the pub so pretty. The staff was so caring and attentive to our needs and the room was spotless which was very important to me due to my severe allergies to dust. The breakfast was also exceptional, so tasty and cooked fresh to perfection. Overall could not be happier with our stay

Ola, the host was very prompt with replying to any questions I had. All facilities and utensils for cooking provided. Washing machine and clothes airer provided which was great as we had been travelling for awhile prior. Perfect location for us as we were there for F1 GP and only a short walk to the station for transport to and from Silverstone. Small shop at the end of the street. The apartment was immaculately clean. Small and cosy as advertised but ample room for 2 people. I would recommend.

Simon was very helpful in sending detailed directions and offering help for us to find the place. There was bottled water provided and the kitchen had your basics for cooking (although we didn't end up using it for much). Summer in UK is no joke so it was great to have a fan. The bus stop was also just a short 10min walk away. We were going to Silverstone race for the weekend and it was the perfect base to do it.
