Staff were exceptional, from housekeeping, waiting staff, receptionists and management Nothing is too much trouble They're ALL helpful, friendly, efficient and a great Team The room was well set out, comfortable and clean Location was really good for accessing bus routes to Matlock Bath, Sheffield town centre and Meadow hall, to name but a few Lovely scrambled eggs and fresh melons and pineapple plentiful at breakfast as was decaffeinated tea & coffee and oat milk which were also supplied on request in the room

I had a problem with the wifi and the front desk talked me through it and I quickly realized that it was my phone that was the problem. Their wifi was perfect! Parking was plentiful. The grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the back garden area. The breakfast was Michelin-star chef quality! It was so tasty. Highly-recommended!

Loved our short break here, wonderful location, very quiet and relaxing, hosts were very thoughtful, very clean and tidy with everything we needed, would definitely stay here again. Also my daughter loved feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. 5 Star accommodation

The building, interiors and gardens are well kept, well decorated and exceptionally charming. The room was spacious and full if light. The food was of amazing quality and simply delicious. The staff were helpful, friendly and extremely attentive. You can tell everyone is working to make your stay as special as possible.
