We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.

Set in Crieff, 3.4 km from Drummond Castle Gardens, Coorie Inn Restaurant and Rooms has a restaurant, a bar and free WiFi. This was a last minute booking made en route. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Food was amazing! Possibly the best meal I've had in a long time.

With views over the Tummel Valley, Derrybeg is an 8 bedroom Edwardian B&B centrally located in a quiet street within Pitlochry town. We have been traveling for over 3 weeks and have had very nice accommodations throughout our trip, but Derrybeg outshines them all. Everything about this B&B is a +10. The welcoming hosts, the cleanliness of the entire B&B, the superb breakfasts, the landscaping of the grounds, and the ideal location on a quiet street minutes walk from the main street. It is an outstanding accommodation. I highly recommend it. By the way, the hosts name their rooms: we were in the Anderson room, with a view from the bay windows of the gardens and hills. Exceptional room!
