The best part of the hotel is the service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and cater to every request. They coordinated all our transportation needs, and the driver they provided was phenomenal. We left them as if we were family. When we return to Mestia, there is no doubt we will stay there again because of the warm welcome and familiarity of the staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated. New. Modern. Comfortable. Centrally located. Great view from the terrace and the rooms. The rooms are spacious, well organised and the bed and pillows ard very comfortable. We had the Lux room and there was a huge bath tub.. The room was clean and the towels were very very nice. The Lahili hotel has a great restaurant. We had dinner there. Everything was delicious.

Breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent – nice view, large private parking, and just a short walk to Mestia center. The room was warm and cozy in autumn, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and fireplace in the lounge.
