You are in the center of the port. Easy access to Athens center. The receptionist offered breakfast at C/Out. But I did not try it because I did not have time, but I promise next time... Located opposite the train and metro station and close to bus stops. Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially the restaurant staff, who were excellent. Lots to do and see close by and Central Athens a short hop away by train. Highly recommended.
