We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel at home, and their responsiveness was outstanding. they were always available whenever I needed assistance. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional service. Every interaction left me smiling, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and happiness.

What can I say - it was just amazing and we really didn’t want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Every single staff member was so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us. Maria, Katrina, Phillipe, Eleni, and all the cleaning staff. There are 20 rooms and we booked a room with an outdoor hot tub which made watching the amazing sunsets perfect. Breakfast was beautiful and very relaxing. The pool area was also amazing and very quiet and relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect too. Just a couple of minutes to the beach and restaurants to the right of the hotel and about a 10 minute walk to the old town and harbour to the left. The old harbour has a very wide choice of restaurants and is great for exploring with lots of quirky shops in side streets off Main Street. Something new to find everywhere!! I would 100% recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return soon :)
