The location was excellent as was the food. What really made the difference was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Terry who ran the beach area was superb in every way - from setting up the recliners and parasol every morning to bringing us great drinks whenever required. He is a real asset to the hotel, as was the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area. She would greet us with a smile every morning and have a nice chat. We were sorry to leave, but we'll be back

We booked a King Suite, which has 2 levels and it was perfect for us with a toddler as we had the chance to sit inside and do other activities without disturbing. I like that it came equipped with 2 bathrooms and the small kitchenette had all the basic necessities. Parking is available and free on the street in front of the property! The view outside is ok as it’s within the village, but you still have a view towards the hills. The beach is in walking distance, maybe 5 minutes altogether. Very helpful and nice host.

I have never had such an amazing host as Anastasia before , she went over and above to what’s a normal service and made our stay perfectly comfortable. Apts are being cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed every other day. Breakfast is great and tasty, we've enjoyed it every time Pool is clean and there is enough place for diving and swimming, you can enjoy besides the pool with drinks from the pool bar, Reno makes great cocktails. We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti
