The location is excellent, right across from the sea and situated on a street full of shops and restaurants. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to shorten our vacation. What truly stood out was the empathy and support we received from both the manager and the front desk staff — their kindness made a difficult moment much easier to bear. We’re truly grateful and would love to return!

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The room was cleaned everyday. The owner was very kind, friendly and also available for whatever we needed. Additionally, the apartment had all the necessary stuff and tools for staying. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

Apts are being cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed every other day. Breakfast is great and tasty, we've enjoyed it every time Pool is clean and there is enough place for diving and swimming, you can enjoy besides the pool with drinks from the pool bar, Reno makes great cocktails. We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti

We had an amazing stay at this place! The hotel is brand new, the pillows and bed are very soft, I had a very good sleep while usually I sleep terribly when not at home. The host is super nice :)

If I were to vacation in the same area again, I would definitely choose this property once more. In my opinion, it's a very nice facility. I highly recommend it.

The villa is located in a beautiful spot, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to beaches, shops, and everything you need. A car is, of course, required.
