The location was excellent as was the food. What really made the difference was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Terry who ran the beach area was superb in every way - from setting up the recliners and parasol every morning to bringing us great drinks whenever required. He is a real asset to the hotel, as was the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area. She would greet us with a smile every morning and have a nice chat. We were sorry to leave, but we'll be back

We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was spotless. Balconies were clean and you could enjoy your time out there.
