The pool was really good. Also, there is a nice circuit to walk by the lake. There was a lot of kids entertainment activities. Rooms were clean. We didnt get a great view but all in all good experience.

It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. amazingly comfortable rooms, well equipped, one of the best hotel breakfasts, highly recommend this hotel. it was my second stay here and loved it a lot!!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.

Loved the location, the staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well maintained. I stayed here twice and would stay here again. Staff is really friendly, welcoming and professional. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the rooms were and this is the main reason why I am writing this review.

We are family of 5 and we got the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms room and it was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and had provided us excellent services. We would like to stay at K11 ARTUS again when we visit HK next time.
