We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

Location is great. Beautiful view of the bay. Staff are very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a club room. Very convenient. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is fantastic!

Located 0.9 km from City Plaza, EAST Apartments provides accommodation with a fitness centre, a terrace and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. we love everything about the place. We were able to rest well in our hotel after a long day. The entire property is clean, staff are accommodating, very convenient with MTR nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from. Also, there is free nespresso coffee and tea at the lobby!

The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.
