Dining room is large to accommodate buses. Our refrigerator wasn't working so they moved us promptly. Breakfast buffet was very good value. Service was great.

We couldn't get our aircon to work, and just opened our windows very wide. They noticed it, and came to our room to ask if we were having trouble with the aircon, and showed us how it worked, how observant!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean — honestly, the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, and we’re very sensitive to cleanliness. The bathroom was large and beautiful, the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need (even spices!), and we were warmly welcomed with two small bottles of Croatian liqueur to try. There was also a small chimney, card games, tennis rackets, and more — such thoughtful details! We had one rainy day, so we really appreciated being able to play games with our children. The balcony had a lovely view of the mountains on two sides, with a table and four chairs — perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal: a quiet village just 15 minutes from Plitvice Lakes, with restaurants and a small shop nearby. Free parking right beside the building was a big plus. We communicated with the hosts easily via WhatsApp before arrival — they explained everything clearly in English, including how to register with the Croatian government and how to collect the keys (super easy!). This was by far the nicest and most comfortable apartment we have ever stayed in and we are exigent, especially if it comes to cleaniness! We were truly sorry to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.Our children also loved it! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome — we will definitely recommend your place to anyone visiting Croatia.

It is very close to Plitvice National Park. There is a Tommy Supermarket within a kilometer of the property. The apartments is equipped with everything you need, central heating and comfortable beds. The owner is charming and very hospitable. We loved our stay and can absolutely recommend Plitvice Nest.

Happy Sparrow ligger i Karlovac, kun 49 km fra Arena Center. Her er en have, en terrasse og en døgnåben reception. Excellent place. Everything was perfect!
