What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. From arranging a reliable scooter rental and a private guide to handling every small request with care, they made everything easy. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. Communication was effortless thanks to their excellent English. The villa suite had breathtaking views, and the open-air yoga space above the hills was peaceful and unique. The restaurant deserves special praise — delicious food and one of the most stunning views in the region. Even if you’re just nearby, it’s worth visiting. What makes this place truly special is the atmosphere the team creates — welcoming, thoughtful, and personal. You’re not just a guest here — you’re genuinely cared for. We stayed in the Grand Pool Villa, which is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The living room, walk-in closet, bathroom, outside shower, porch, and infinity pool are HUGE! The jacuzzi should be able to fit four people, but it was very large for 2! Since there are so many amenities, we ended up staying in the room for 2 days and just came out for breakfast, dinner, and the complimentary spa treatment. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, the infinity pool was reasonably cold (not too cold to the point you can't enjoy it). We went back & forth like you would do with a sauna & cold plunge! You can easily take a nap in the cabana using the pillows from the lounge chairs and the provided beach towels. Since it's high up in the mountains, we didn't see many flies or mosquitoes, but there are some other bugs, which all mind their own business and don't come to bother you. The entire resort is very scenic, the main lobby, restaurant, infinity pools, spa, and gym all look amazing. They have a buggy service to drive you around, or you can get your steps in by climbing the hills. There are some street cats roaming around the property, they are pretty skiddish, but do enjoy pets after you bribe them with food XD

This hotel is outstanding in every aspect. If you choose any category for rating, it can't be less than a 10. As for the food in the hotel's restaurant, it's a whole new world. I believe they have brought in the best chef in the country, or perhaps the chef of the president himself 😄, because I have never tasted anything more delicious and exquisite than the food served in this restaurant.

The unique igloo-like structures provided a truly one-of-a-kind stay, boasting incredible views of rice paddies and the lush jungle. My igloo was situated over a small waterfall, and the soothing sound of rushing water created a calming ambiance, perfect for a restful night's sleep (it was silent, no noise from dogs or other animals). The delicious homemade breakfast served each morning was an added delight, fueling my adventures for the day. Wifi worked well. The manager, Sami, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. His attentive and generous nature made me feel right at home. Sami personally guided me on a hike to visit neighboring waterfalls, providing a truly immersive and authentic local experience I could not have had on my own. If you're seeking an adventure that blends luxury with a connection to nature and local culture, I cannot recommend this exceptional place highly enough!

The best accommodation we had on our trip to Bali. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The infinity pool is also fantastic, offering the most stunning views. Dian is a wonderful host who takes care of everything for you. I would highly recommend this place
