The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. This hotel is fantastic. Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!

The exceptional localization of the hotel between many hills: it is magic place to stay. We appreciated the variety of possible activities. The niceness of staff and the dedicated involvement of Jonathan the manager: chatting with the guests, taking pictures, giving advice. We booked the campervan dinner which as a magical time and we also visited the sunset hill of the hotel. We had a pleasant afternoon with the cooking and jam lessons chatting with the staff after Bromo tour in the morning.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. Loved every inch of the hotel. The staff were amazing! A special thanks to Priska and Lena, they both along with their teams brought such a glow to the experience.

We had a very good time at Pondok Is Oke, the family was very nice with us, they arranged shuttle and Ijen tour for us. The place was clean and comfortable, in the middle of their farm's fields. Breakfast was good. The place relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend this place for a trip to Ijen.
