Gorgeous room, clean and comfortable bedding, beautiful grounds, stunning outdoor shower, modern energy-saving amenities, great vibe with live music every night. Although the weather outside was hot, the suites are built such that it always catches the breeze and airconditioning or fan mode was unnecessary. Ala carte style breakfast made the morning starts a lot more intimate and less like a mass produced resort experience. But above everything, Kardia's greatest asset is it's staff. The staff were always professional, warm and courteous. Their professionalism never slipped in the 6 days i was there. They made the holiday for me. Particular mention goes to the restaurant staff at Sendja, who served everyday with care, sincerity and a smile, in the genuine tradition of service. I wish i had gotten all their names but will have to content myself in saying kudos and thank you to Shamir Hasby! I'm looking forward to coming back again soon.

The attention to detail in the rooms made my stay feel confortable and luxurious. The pool was always clean and the temperature was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all so lovely. They remember you name from the start and make you feel so welcome. You are literally the only people on the beach which makes everything 100% more luxurious.

You want for absolutely nothing. We stayed in one of the cottages and the design is amazing. It’s modern but authentic and blends in wth the surrounding nature, the photos on the web don’t do the rooms justice. It’s quiet especially at night, the pool is perfectly positioned over looking the ocean, an absolutely relaxing environment, with the most amazing sunsets from the beach. The food is good and of the 4 resorts we stayed in in Indonesia, it was the only one with sustainable practices. The staff last but not least get five plus stars.

The location is great, staff is excellent (they remembered our names which was a nice added touch), cleanliness is top notch, the design and style is perfect. The food was not my favorite, I preferred to eat out. The value for the money was decent- it’s a bit overpriced but I’d still go back! I didn’t find a better place so far as location, accessibility, quietness, and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you all!

They handle any questions related to tourism around Gili professionally and with care. It was also wonderful to see how much effort they put into maintaining the beach, the tables, and creating a welcoming space for guests. The restaurant is outstanding. The chef prepares a fantastic tuna steak, easily one of the best we have ever had. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and served with great attention to detail. The place itself feels like paradise: a beautiful beach with soft sand, stunning sea views, and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely a spot we would love to return to again and again.
