All the staff are accommodating and friendly. We were let down on our previous booking elsewhere and they welcomed us and made a very stressful situation into a positive one.

The Parknasilla Hotel's sweeping staircase leads past a stained glass window, towards the luxurious guest rooms. The modern and spacious rooms are decorated in light colours and include a TV and free Wi-Fi. Everything went well. As I am a coffee lover the coffee quality could be better.
