The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The Parknasilla Hotel's sweeping staircase leads past a stained glass window, towards the luxurious guest rooms. The modern and spacious rooms are decorated in light colours and include a TV and free Wi-Fi. Everything from the staff to the private golf course. Food was amazing as were the wonderful staff. Rooms at the 4-star family-run hotel have baths and shower. They also have satellite TVs, hair dryers and most rooms have countryside views, some have balconies. We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Hotel. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and the castle ruins. The room itself was beautiful, well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was wonderful in accommodating us when we had to leave very early to get to Skellig Michael for a boat tour. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel one evening where the staff and the meal were excellent as well. In the evenings, the seating areas with access to the bar where live music was always playing was wonderful. We highly recommend the Lake Hotel to everyone! The location is ideal and in conclusion - it's amazing!

Bathrooms feature a large bathtub, a power shower, and luxury toiletries. Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful bedroom suit. Bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Lovely little bar was a nice touch as well. Will definitely want to come back. Restaurants very close ,just 5 mins walk. The hotel is literally 10 walk to centre of Killarney.

Went with my two sisters and Mum to celebrate her 80th. She had lived in Killarney in her 20s and kept saying how much she wished she could go back - but she doubted she ever would now. So we made it happen. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Wonderful property, fabulous staff and our family room - which slept four was light, spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn’t want a chain for this special visit. We wanted something more personal and from communication before we arrived, to the exceptional staff that served breakfast, to the guy behind the front desk, we were made to feel special. And talking of the breakfast, it was truly spectacular! We loved the scones and the porridge particularly 🤗 Thank you for a truly memorable few days.
