From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Their warmth and hospitality truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. What impressed me most was how helpful the staff were in assisting me with booking travel tickets and organizing local transportation. As an international traveler, I was a bit nervous about navigating things, but their support made everything so smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic – the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The calm, residential location ensured I had peaceful nights, yet it was conveniently located with easy access to the city's main spots. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend De Crown Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Kakinada. The welcoming and supportive staff truly made my trip unforgettable. The best features were the comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

I arrived really late, but I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Mr. Venu . The property was very easy to locate and has all essential stores nearby. The rooms were very very clean, with all necessary ameneties thoughtfully kept. The room was massive and very comfortable bed and the kitchenette had all the necessary items required. Hats off to the housekeeping staffs who keep the property so neat and clean. I had nothing to fault, everything was amazing!
