The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

The staff were lovely - very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the view from the balcony and waking up to birds singing in the morning. The location of the hotel is pretty good, far enough from the center to be peaceful, but just a 15-minute taxi ride away from everything.

We traveled with our 4 year old and the staff service and care was exceptional throughout the stay!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were also so kind. When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.
