The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

And also great spa services, didn't try it, but heard from other guests. It's just 15mins walk to the mall road. Depending on your fitness level you could choose to either walk it or get a local taxi.

When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.
