The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean with hot water in the shower and it was very quiet. It is a bit far out of town but there is a very good restaurant nearby. Nishanth, the manager, was very helpful in ordering auto rickshaw and making sure our stay was comfortable. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Room - We stayed in Deluxe Room.Room was spacious for 3 people. Good lighting. Soft bed . Neat, clean & big bathroom with bathtub. Water pressure is great in bathroom.Balcony is good with pool view. Breakfast- Superb Breakfast with mouth watering South Indian dishes alongwith some continental items like Waffle , Pancake , Frenchtoast etc .Being local people , we enjoyed food . Hi-Tea- They served Hi-tea ie tea/coffee alongwith various snacks. Swimming pool - Very long pool . They are providing lifeguards, small boats , balls . So kids enjoy to the maximum. Check-out - Check-out was smooth & fast. Complimentary Photo is a good idea. It was good with great picture quality Highly recommended for Families & Couples.

Breakfest had a huge variety from Indian to continantal, always a diffierent Joghurt drink, special things as eggs were preparded and served to the table. Quality was for all we tried excellent. The Chef came by to ask if everything is ok or if we have special wishes. For a day we had to leave early, special breakfest bag was prepared. We were more than satisified and would at any time recommend again. The sevice at the entrance was really extremly firendly and haertfull, all specials were made possible. Especially to mention is Mr. Mousil as extremly helpfull, we could ask anything and no matter how "strange" the question was always got a very helpfull answer or service. We are really delighted about the friendliness of the staff. Agreat place to be. We stayed ther for 4 nights attending a colleagues weeding.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and activities like billiards and table tennis, GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels, is a property nestled in nature and greenery. Great Trails Yercaud Hotel is like an oasis in the sky. The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.
