The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean with hot water in the shower and it was very quiet. It is a bit far out of town but there is a very good restaurant nearby. Nishanth, the manager, was very helpful in ordering auto rickshaw and making sure our stay was comfortable. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The price for a night is high but for good reasons. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The whole hotel is clean and nicely decorated. We had an unfortunate incident in our room and we didn't want to make a fuzz about it but the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and did all they could to make us feel comfortable by changing our room (which we did not expect). We truly loved the breakfast as well! So many different options and a nice selection of fruits were included. Dining in the hotel is quite pricey but expected of the place you are staying in. I was especially impressed that during the hi-tea session, my dietary requirements were filled without questions. You can see that they want all of the guests to have a good snack and not to be left out. Also, the hi-tea session had really-really amazing food options in general. I would say it was lavish, exactly as the hotel itself. If you want to enjoy the sea and the waves, the hotel has a little strip of beach that is being constantly cleaned by the staff. Just sit down, relax and look into the abyss of nature.

The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The rooms were very well designed and fully stocked with everything we'd need.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and activities like billiards and table tennis, GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels, is a property nestled in nature and greenery. GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.
