I travelled with my wife and 3 kids. The apartment quality is exceptional, extremely elegant furniture, design, and decoration. All needed equipment available. With a gate accessed through a 5 start hotel, it is extremely safe and accessible. Yuliya was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She stocked the apartment with snacks, fruits, and coffee for a our arrival and provided us with detailed recommendation on places to visit, how to go around, and wide range of restaurants to try out. She also arranged for us transportation to the airport. A lady with great taste. Thanks a lot Yuliya.

The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

The property was relaxing and spacious. All the amenities you need. The oven is also a microwave which was cool. I was not used to Italian appliances but I learned quickly. I felt like I was a local too.

Best choice in Como for people who look for something interesting and at the same time cosy and calm. The girls from the reception were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable since we got to the train station in Como. They picked us up in their private transportation, and from that point on, we felt like we were in a dream. The boat ride through the lake was like out of a movie. The couples massage was also great! The experience in their restaurant ROTEO was beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was exquisite! The service and the attention to detail presented by the MUSA Team is second to none. Thank you again to the MUSA Team for starting off our honeymoon journey with such an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ❤️

Prime location and wonderful hosts. Lina and Alessandro were so kind and welcoming, giving us recommendations and helping us with all our (many) questions. The decor and details were so charming. Lots of restaurants and famous villas close by, with various activities (motorboat, horseback, cooking classes, and more) that the hosts can assist you with. Also such a comfy bed! Would 100% come back!

The property was elegant and beautifully simple I truly loved the color coordination of the furniture, walls, and curtains. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌
