Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The property was relaxing and spacious. All the amenities you need. The oven is also a microwave which was cool. I was not used to Italian appliances but I learned quickly. I felt like I was a local too.

The design of the room - super detail oriented. The colors - cheering the mood :) And there were some artsy details. You can't get a better location - just in the front of the Duomo. Best choice in Como for people who look for something interesting and at the same time cosy and calm. The girls from the reception were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you :) Would be happy to come back.

Stunning location with beautiful views over the lake. Our hosts could not have gone out of their way more to make us feel at home. My daughter is vegan and they even made special cakes and breakfast for her every morning! Highly recommended!

Thanks for everything to Alessandro, he was so helpful and responsive. I definetely recommend this place to stay. The only regret that I have is, not arranging this place and our Como stay longer. Besides, we loved the apartment. More than everything that someone may need was there. The location was also wonderful. If we come again, we will absolutely choose Alessandro's place again.
