When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

Fabulous hotel, like being part of a big family. Incredibly helpful and generous with time and assistance as needed. Great spot, close to the old city but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Great breakfast, swimming pool if so inclined as well as spa which my wife loved!!

Set in Milan, 150 metres from Piazza Duomo square, Matilde Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with a restaurant, a bar and a shared lounge. Got an upgrade for free. Very nice facility. Very nice staff. Clean. Value for the money spent. Breakfast was included although I didn't get to check it out. Spacious bathroom. Huge bathtub and very relaxing.

The roof balcony is very spacious with good furniture. And the location is exceptional. We highly recommend and we would like to come back to this apartment again and of course to Garda.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool, Hotel Villa Paradiso Suite is set in Moniga del Garda, a 2-minute walk from Lake Garda promenade. Close to the ferry with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Everything was as good as can be..

Located in the Milan City Centre district in Milan, 600 metres from Brera, Moscova Luxury B&B offers air-conditioned accommodations with free WiFi. The room was very clean, amazingly equipped (hair dryer, hair straightener, shoe polish, iron & ironing board…), very spacious and perfectly located (very close to/in Brera destrict with great boutiques, art and the Brera Pinacoteca, and only 20 minutes away from Duomo). The common area was equally clean, spacious, and we had a great breakfast. We simply loved the place and would book again!!

Very central location, very helpful staff, very good breakfast. This hotel is on central location, staff very friendly, helpful. Asked several times, in case of any help or need, which rare nowadays in most hotels. Room is very spacious with modern design, with all facilities plus water, shampoos, scrubs, etc. in good amount. Price of the breakfast which is varied and delicious very good for this central location. However, canteen can be more bigger size, and can be more nicely decorated as rooms🤓. Love this hotel, definitely will stay there again.
