Set a 13-minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli, Palazzo Cini offers rooms with air conditioning in Pisa. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Welciming front desk stuff. Excellent location of the hotel close to main attractions and breakfast in the room was the cherry on the top. Certainly recommend.

The hotel is new — everything looks great and stylish. The staff actively asks for feedback and really tries to make your stay comfortable. The "room" I booked was more like an apartment, with a studio kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you might need. It also had two showers and two toilets, along with all the essentials for the bathroom. Since it was the start of the season, there were very few guests, so I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great service. One nice example of their customer focus — while I was at the pool, the staff happened to be cutting the grass nearby, which was a bit noisy. They later apologized and offered me a glass of prosecco as a compliment, which really showed their attention to guest experience.

The host/owner of the property was absolutely fantastic! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. She explained where everything was and answered any questions we had. There was even an elevator (key controlled) that stopped only at our room which we felt was pretty secure. During our stay, she was available to answer any additional questions we had. And, I had quite a few about the local area. When we left, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location was perfect with only a short walk to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa.

The Restaurant had a great menu and super wine. The location was remote so it is not advisable taking public transport but to rent a car.
