Costanza was so very welcoming and professional and even took us to the room to explain how everything works! Huge balcony with glass railings overlooking the main street was a huge bonus! We were there in early December and it was still awesome to sit out and watch the busy street. My wife and I loved the place. Location is perfect!

The 4-star Hotel Europa is set on the strip that connects the Big Sea with the Small Sea in Taranto, at the junction of Via Roma and Corso Due Mari, with views of the Swing Bridge, the Aragonese... Everything was great during our stay at Hotel Europa Taranto. The staff was always very helpful, and a special thanks goes to Alessandra for her kindness. Even though we arrived a bit early and the room wasn’t ready yet, we were warmly welcomed with age-appropriate drinks for the whole family. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had nothing to complain about — a truly pleasant experience.

Emilio, the manager of the reception, was in touch with us by whatsapp a day before we came, welcoming us and guided us about the parking. It helped us a lot because the hotel is in ztl zone. We found it very thinkfull. When we arrived a nice young smily woman , Mary, welcome us explaining everything about the hotel with patiance. Than we meat Emilio who was very frindly and made our stay very pleasant. More than that, after we left Lecce in our way home , Emilio sent us a whatsapp to make sure that everything is okay with us.. Not obvious... The hotel is in an old building, but the inside is marvoulsly modern.. Just look at the picture! This is your bath! And everything is so beautifull... and it is close to the old city of Lecce within walking distance from all what there is to see in the old city. Breakfast was good, not the usual one. Very nice and cozy place in the center of historical Ostuni. Beds were really comfortable and we loved the shower. Breakfast was a very nice addition and really tasty. Claudio was very hospitable and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He sent all the information and video instructions, so we had no problem finding the place and café for breakfast.

The location is fantastic, few minutes away from the central but is located in a quiet, cute street! The house is so clean and new, with artistic decorations. It is the right size for two people to stay! Parking is easy at just 1 minute walking distance, in October there is no charge and plenty of spaces.

Silvia was an amazing host, very helpful and looked after us during our stay. The breakfast included was a huge bonus and each morning Silvia made something a bit different which was a nice change.
