We chose it based on reviews and found them to be true. The hotel is thought through every detail: beautiful nature and gardens, comfortable rooms, super relaxing spa area with lots of facilities (on booking it says that only 1 hour per day is included, but from our experience, the spa use was actually unlimited), delightful food and super kind, attentive and professional staff. Even though the hotel has only 4 stars, it’s level of comfort and service exceeds some of the 5-star hotels I’ve been to. If you’re on the introverted side and enjoy the quiet, peace and calmness, you will love this place. I really appreciated how the rooms and common areas are designed to give you a feeling of being alone and undisturbed. The beauty of the nature enhanced the whole experience.

The location is on the outskirts of town, but it was a lovely walk to the city center. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was a nice size. The host left a bottle of champagne, which was a nice touch. It is next to a grocery store, which was convenient. Also, restaurants and bars nearby. And a straightforward straight shot to the beach. Pula is a fantastic place, and the host gave us recommendations for a few great restaurants.
