We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

Arte' Boutique Hotel is situated in Florence, within 200 metres of Accademia Gallery. This hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. Great location, just a few steps from the Duomo. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with brand-new facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence.

Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. They helped store our luggage after check out. Breakfast was amazing, they had pancakes! It really is something for everyone. The location is very good, right next to the central station.
