I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. Great canal view in a modern building in the centre of Venezia, amazingly comfortable beds and great facilities. The hotel also offered huge varieties of food to choose from at breakfast. To top our experience, the staff prepared a welcome champagne bottle waiting for us at the room when we arrived. Highly recommended when in Venice.

But have to walk about 15 mins to the main area. However that is a water taxi jetty very near the hotel. Breakfast was really good. And the front office staff helped us arrange transportation to the airport at the end of our stay.
