The location was great: the subway station was directly in front of the hotel entrance, and it was a 10-minute walk to Sakae. The room was also amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and there were so many amenities.

The room with a river view was great, and the bath was lovely. The staff was super helpful and had prepared English information documents and menus even though they didn’t speak English.

From breakfast to bar time, the exclusive Club Floor lounge offers a wide range of dishes by our chefs using local ingredients, as well as sake and wine made at local breweries, all under the theme of “local production for local consumption” The staff were quite helpful and I was quite amazed at their service. We registered early and left for Legoland. When we returned at night to check in, they know who I was even though I haven't given my name. The staff showed me my booking, I said yes, then they gave us our key. I felt so relaxed in the room. The view of the park was nice as well. When we checked out the following day, they helped and guided us for the airport limousine bus. I loved the location too! It was right in front of the bus station for the airport limousine bus. The hotel was also near a train station. It was also near the Nagoya City Science Museum, Art Museum and Electricity Museum. We hope to return next year and stay here again.
