This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and free WiFi. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.
