An extra touch was free coffee/tea/snacks/ice cream and as much bottled water as we wanted. One of our favorite hotels on our 3-month trip.

The room is large and comfortable. The staff were exceedingly helpful, cheerful and caring. They took time to show us the map and how to navigate our way in Hiroshima. Even the room cleaning lady was so cheerful and she did a great job.

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. I need to rave abut this hotel. Firstly, i had arrived onto miyajima island really late due to some confusion in kyoto. I had informed the staff that I was delayed and was likely to only arrive after 9pm. They told me to call the hotel so that they can send the shuttle over but once i arrived, i saw that the shuttle was already waiting for me! And I was delayed from the time I told them I would arrive so they must have waited longer than expected. Once I got to the hotel, as they knew to expected me, check in was super quick. Hotel was beautiful and the single rooms were really cute (though small in the way japanese rooms usually are). Location of the hotel also cannot be beat it is right in the middle of all the attractions, and the staff were knowledgeable about the opening hours of attractions. Just when i thought it could not get better, when i told the hotel I was trying to catch a particular ferry timing back to hiroshima, they rushed me to the terminal and i managed to make the ferry! The team went above and beyond to make this solo traveller comfortable and safe. Thank you so much! :)

Equipped with kitchen appliances so we can cook and enjoy the meal! There is a washing machine with dryer that we can do laundry! The staff is really helpful and friendly! They offered all the details for check in on website, which is really nice too!
