Enjoyed the house for summer for a big group and had a wonderful time! Staff was always quick/available to answer your questions or come by should you needed something. Sauna/onsen was definitely a highlight, along with the ready-to-go BBQ set (extra cost). Would love to come again!

Ski Inn Hakuba, Iwatake ligger i Hakuba, 5,4 km fra Tsugaike Kogen Skisportssted. Her er concierge-tjeneste, en restaurant, en bar samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Der er desuden røgfrie værelser. We travelled as a family to Hakuba and stayed at Ski Inn Hakuba for the entirety of our time there. It is worth noting also that it was our first time skiing in Japan. We arrived at the property in the evening, so did not get a full sense of its facilities and location until the next morning. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, which had cooking amenities that we used well during our stay. Nick and the team are exceptional, very kind and accommodating. The property is next to what ended up being our favourite lift, so easy to drop back in for lunch. The unit was spotless, and quiet regardless of occupancy. The beds were particularly comfortable and warm as well. We used the in-property sauna while we stayed and was a perfect end to a long ski day. To top it all off, Nick makes an exceptional flat white on a proper machine. Altogether, a fantastic ski trip.

The hotel stay was absolutely amazing, and we loved the house so much! The whole family had a fantastic time relaxing there. The host was incredibly polite, gave us a great tour of the place, and showed us where everything was. The house is just stunning-fully equipped with everything you could need, super stylish, modern, cozy, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. We wholeheartedly recommend renting this place to anyone looking for an incredible experience!

Hakuba Arboretum — Luxury Chalet in Forest Setting ligger ca. 43 km fra Nagano Station og har en terrasse, balkon og bjergudsigt. The location is outstanding and views from each room special especially as it was snowing in December.
