The most amazing two days of my life. I've never experienced a more thoughtful staff. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room, which was classy and comfortable. We also loved the crab kaiseki dinner we had one evening. We had some food allergies and staff was super accomodative beforehand and attentive during the dinner. 10/10 will come again

We liked the quiet location, the staff’s friendliness and determination to make us feel at home, and also the food! We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and she had a great time as well. The private bath and the bath in the room was absolitely out of this world. We were so relaxed after everything that we all fell asleep like babies.

Boasting a 160-year history and a beautiful garden, Nishimuraya Honkan offers hot-spring baths and Japanese rooms just 1 km from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station. Loved the traditional style and the “sentimental chihiro” atmosphere. Everything was excellent: rooms, food, service, Onsen, garden. Will definitely go back the first chance possible
