We had the best time at Shinzan Kinosaki! The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room during our check-in and we were absolutely blown away by the place and treatment. Extremely clean, beautiful and luxurious feeling. Both the dinner and breakfast were amazing experiences, it was fun to walk around in the yukata provided by the hotel and the onsen experience itself was very nice. Absolutely nothing negative to highlight, We will definitely return during our next visit to Japan!

I stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from a business trip, before flying out to Paris. I couldn’t have chosen a better place — the room was superb: beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spotless. The bed and linens were perfect, offering a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally kind and spoke excellent English, which made everything even easier.

The staff were really helpful and helped us with the etiquette of staying at a Ryokan.

Offering private natural hot-spring baths, TSUCHIYA Kinosaki onsen is 1 km from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms include futon beds and a flat-screen TV. An onsite cafe is available featuring a gallery for free. Everything was great. The hotel is a nice 20 minute walk from the train station. That may sound like a lot, but it allows you to really appreciate the area. Visiting Kinosaki and staying at this hotel was the highlight of my 2 week trip. My room had a great view, was super spacious, comfy and clean. My host, Yamada Mama, was extremely polite and welcoming. The staff doesn't speak a lot of english, but they really try their best to communicate with you and make sure you're comfortable. I will 100% be returning. SUI-ZO-KAN.
