The breakfast room was nicely decorated & bright to make a cheerful start to our day. All the staff were very hospitable & helpful, especially Sayuri - who spoke very good English. My family's special thanks to her! The entire property, without exception, was spotlessly clean & pleasant smelling. Above all, I must say that Mr. Kosei Kawasaki, the Duty Manager on that rainy morning did everything in his power to get us a big cab for the station and personally helped load the cab with our 6 pieces of luggage in the heavy rain.
