It's perfectly located within walking distance from the train station, restaurants, bars and many of the sites we wanted to visit in Kyoto. It's located on a quite and quaint street. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I also love that they are an eco-friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends planning to visit Kyoto.

In a prime location in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Umekoji Kadensho is within 1.7 km of Kyoto Station and 1.8 km of TKP Garden City Kyoto. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a restaurant and to a bar. Private parking is available on site. The onsen was spectacular, so nice after walking around all day. The breakfast had great variety and the bathroom was nice and the room was spacious. The staff was very helpful with the luggage forwarding.
