The experience from check in to check out was amazing staff is speaking English which is a huge plus if you have any questions. Room was huge with big balcony which had an amazing view of Beppu. I did book private onsen which was amazing experience. They did think of all the small details.

Views from the balcony were exceptional, mountains, the city and the sea. The food was absolutely gourmet level and was a highlight for us. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

There is also free afternoon tea, with decent snacks and drinks daily.
