The hotel staff was very friendly. When we checked out we were asked if we needed a parking discount coupon and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a big discount. The breakfast was great, we had a buffet with a great variety of food.

Hot-spring baths and massages can be enjoyed at Nakanoshima, located a 5-minute ferry ride from Kanko Sanbashi pier. Traditional Kaiseki dinners and rooms with views of Nachi Bay are featured. The ryokan was amazing - the room was beautiful, the futons comfortable, and the staff was very nice and attending. The dinner was very delicious course of several luxurious meals,and the breakfast was a japanese served meal plus a small buffet. The outdoor shared onsen was great, we loved it. Women wear a hotel-provided swimsuit in the outdoor onsen. Men onsen is separated from women and they are open from 6 till 10 and then from the afternoon till midnight. We also tried the private onsen which is an extra charge and needs to be booked in advance and it was nice. There is also a possibility to arrange a massage in your room. The dinner is served at 5 and 7 pm. They provide a free shuttle bus to the station. We plan to definitely come back again in the future, it was a highlight of our trip.

It's far more beyond my expectation. I've had a very pleasant and relax trip due to the 70% of cozy place and 30% of the hosts' kindness. I spent 2 days in QUAYTH. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor, but the location and spot are superb! If you're looking for some tranquil place that away from crowded people, this is the right one. The menu is quite simple, but the quality are top class, I love the egg sandwich so much. I will take these sweet memories with me. Thank you!

Beautiful property, absolutely seamless handling of all of the details of our stay, and incredible cuisine. Starting with the room - it’s modern, airy, and sooooo comfortable. It also enormous - after spending our days in cramped hotel rooms in the city, getting to spread out and breathe was a massive luxury. It was a true oasis for us in the midst of a busy vacation - got some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. All of the products and items in the room are extremely high quality. I was especially taken with the hotel using Birkenstocks as the onsen sandals. The towels are some of the softest towels I’ve ever seen, and my partner and I both loved the lemongrass scented soap/shampoo/body wash - it smells expensive expensive. The rest of the property is beautiful without being too overstated - loved the fireplace in the dining room, and the gardens adjoining the guest room. Tons of free amenities on the property - they offer you welcome drinks at the bar, there’s free water/juice/beer everywhere you look. They offer you a ladyfinger in the room that I’m absolutely obsessed with. So many small touches that just make you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff and service are quietly exceptional - just truly on another level. At other high end ryokans the service can (to me) feel a little too effusive. Here the staff are always present but not overwhelming at all - they anticipate exactly what you need before you even have to ask. I’ve never felt so well-taken-care of, but at the same time, the whole experience felt completely effortless on their end. The service here really is the peak of hospitality for me - I’m used to a very (USA) West-Coast vibe, and a lot of high end service feels smothering to me. Not so at all here - just an absolutely perfect, seamless experience from start to finish. Finally the food. When you come to this hotel through the back roads of Wakayama, you notice the incredible natural bounty of this area.

Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

Set in Shirahama, 1.1 km from Shirarahama Beach, Infinito Hotel and Spa offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. Amazing hotel with incredible views. Service was excellent. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The private outdoor bath was so relaxing. The public baths also offer an incredible view. The hotel itself is located in a fairly isolated area from the town, but they have a very convenient shuttle service that you can reserve to pretty much get to all of the big attractions in the area. They also come to pick you up from the train station and drop you off on your check out date. Amazing hotel and highly recommend.
