We had an incredible two-night stay with our family at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! They generously upgraded our room free of charge, which made our experience even more special. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a delightful mix of international and local cuisine, catering to all tastes. The rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing and picturesque view that left us in awe. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Kandalama Heritance is a 20-minute drive from UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the 2,000-year-old cave temple at Dambulla and the Sigiriya rock fortress. They had great tips on sightseeing and booked a fair priced tuktuk to drive us around Dambulla. The buffet was varied and delicious; the room and garden were tidy, beautiful and clearly looked after; the bed was super comfortable. We really hope we can come back one day.

A very special thanks to Tharindu, who took it upon himself to recover and ship our lost jacket from Colombo all the way to Sigiriya. He was also a fantastic resource, helping us discover other local activities and making our stay even more memorable. As for the hotel itself, we loved being surrounded by greenery — it felt like we were staying among the treetops. Our room was comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped. Also, heartfelt thanks to the restaurant team, who treated us to some of our favorite Sri Lanka.
