We spent the last day at this hotel before our early flight the following day. The property was very quiet, in fact we only saw 2 guests in the whole time we stayed there. We spent the day having lunch and swimming in a lovely setting. Rooms were lovely and dinner was very nice.

The staff were all amazing, very kind and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't sure what to expect from the treatments, but I enjoyed the consultations and the massages were amazing. The Ayurveda approach was interesting and logical. I had the best one to one yoga class I have probably had in my life. The food was just outstanding, some of the best food I have had. The chef spoke with me every day asking questions on likes and dislikes. Dr. Anila led two meditation sessions with me and I've struggled to meditate in the past, but these sessions were enjoyable and enlightning. A truly memorable experience.
